ALL RETURN REQUESTS REQUIRE APPROVAL and must be made within 30 days of purchase. The Return Address and instructions are sent via email when the request is approved.
We accept returns and exchanges on retail orders within the US ONLY.
Clearance items and wholesale items are NOT eligible for return/exchange
**The customer is responsible for the cost and postage of returning item(s)**
Please keep the tracking information for the return as we can not be responsible for packages that do not make it back to us without this information

In the event of an exchange, the customer is still responsible for shipping the returned items back to us. Once received, we will cover the cost of ground shipping the exchanged items back out to you.
Customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges including 2nd exchanges or expedited shipping.

**Neoprene Jackets must be returned with their original packaging and in like-new condition in a properly sized box to avoid unnecessary creasing.
Please see picture below for placement of foam rollers. Neoprene items returned in small boxes or folded incorrectly causing excessive creasing not be accepted.

Change in size
You may have ordered the wrong size. It happens! Use the return form to fill out the exchange information

You received the wrong item
Although we double check everything, it can happen that we send you the wrong item. Please use the return form to upload a photo of the incorrect item you received and we will correct it asap

You received a damaged/faulty item
Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that a damaged item is sent out by mistake. Please use the return form to upload a photo of the damaged item.
If we can see on the photo it is damaged, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge.

REASONS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES
The item is different from the condition it was sold
The item has been worn or washed
The item has been altered in any way
The item does not have the original tags
The garments have a strong odor
Returns must be received within a reasonable timeframe after authorization

All Items are subject to approval for upon inspection.
If you do not want to exchange your item, we can offer you a full refund for the item cost, excluding any shipping costs. We do need to receive the items back and inspect the items before issuing any replacements or refunds.
Large Returns (Valued over $500 and/or more than 5 items) will be charged a $10 restocking fee.

Items returned damaged or in less than resalable condition will be subject to laundering fees or denied completely. We both don't want this to happen so please be courteous and only return Items in their original condition.

We are a small business growing mostly through customer satisfaction and word of mouth. We sincerely do our best every day to make sure all of our customers are happy with their purchases, though I've come to realize sometimes that's just an impossible task!
