Shipping policy
Our Business hours are between 9am - 6pm M-F est. Please allow 1 day for processing. Orders placed after 6pm will be considered as placed the following day so orders placed after 6pm on Friday will be sent out first thing Monday.
Our products are stocked in Florida and ship by USPS or UPS with standard delivery time of 3-5 days business days within the continental US.
Please note that we do our best to drop packages off to the carrier soon as we can, but all delivery dates are still only estimations. Carriers no longer support any GUARANTEED delivery services and will not take responsibility for packages arriving later than expected, so neither can we.
If you need expedited shipping by a specific date PLEASE reach out to us BEFORE ordering so we can do our best to make sure it gets to you on time.

You will receive a confirmation email when your item(s) ship with tracking information.
International Shipping & Import Fees
International orders are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
We do not control these fees. All duties, taxes, and import assessments are determined by your country’s customs office and must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate or modify these charges.
Customer Responsibility
By placing an international order, you agree that:
- You are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by your country.
- You are responsible for understanding your country’s import regulations and whether certain items are permitted for import.
- If customs requires additional information or payment, you must provide it promptly to avoid delays.
Refused or Returned Shipments
If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees or any other reason, the package may be returned to us by the carrier.
- Refunds will only be issued once the returned package is received at our warehouse.
- Any return shipping charges, customs fees, or other transit costs incurred because the delivery was refused will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping costs originally paid are non-refundable.
Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to wrong shipping information input by the customer during check out. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the cost of reshipping will be the customer's responsibility.
Other instances of lost packages will be dealt with on a case by case basis and is at the sole discretion of Spacefish Army to refund or replace items. A package marked as delivered will be considered delivered unless sufficient evidence to the contrary is provided such as a police report reporting theft. All disputes must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
